Zdałam sobie sprawę, że chcę czegoś więcej, chcę przełamać strach, sprawdzić się, nauczyć się czegoś i otrzymać feedback.
I otrzymałam: „Karolina, poszło Ci świetnie, masz to coś”. Te słowa ucieszyły mnie ogromnie, jednak bardziej cieszył mnie fakt, że to ja byłam z siebie zadowolona. Czułam w sercu dumę, że zrobiłam to. Ja! Nieśmiała dziewczyna z pięciotysięcznego miasteczka, która w podstawówce obawiała się wypowiadać na forum. Wiem, że kiedy to czytasz pewnie nie możesz uwierzyć, bo teraz jestem zupełnie inną osobą. Mimo, że zawsze należałam do wygadanych i ciekawych życia dzieci, to publiczne wypowiadanie się kryło za sobą nieznany mi niepokój. Przeszłam długą drogę – już jako dziecko byłam świadoma, że moje zawodowe marzenia wiążą się z częstymi kontaktami z ludźmi, wypowiadaniem się, prowadzeniem warsztatów.
Krok po kroku, rok po roku przekraczałam granice swojego komfortu, aż doszłam do etapu, w którym jestem teraz. Teraz, kiedy wychodzę na scenę czuję się jak króliczek z reklamy Duracella, który otrzymał turbodoładowanie. To, co kiedyś było dla mnie stresogenne, teraz pozwala mi osiągnąć niebywałą satysfakcję i zadowolenie. Mówienie samo w sobie sprawia mi ogromną przyjemność, ale kiedy widzę zainteresowanie i uśmiechy na twarzach publiczności czuję spełnienie. Mimo, że nadal towarzyszy mi trema, to lubię to, czuję, że się rozwijam, a z wystąpienia na wystąpienie jestem bardziej śmiała, odważna i… spokojna, bo wiem, że zrobię to dobrze.

Pozostając w strefie komfortu stoimy w miejscu, a aby realizować pasję, spełniać marzenia, odnieść sukces i spełnienie musimy wyjść poza tę strefę.
